Want to help shape the content and structure of the next Annual Meeting? Apply to be an abstract reviewer! As a reviewer, you’ll have the chance to influence the content and direction of the scientific program, help ensure high standards, and guide innovative research to the forefront. This is a great opportunity to engage with cutting-edge science and contribute to the global MR community. Don’t miss out on this chance to help shape our future!
Call for Moderators (Especially if You Are Multilingual!)
We’re excited to introduce an important new initiative at the 2025 Annual Meeting! We recognize the challenges that presenters from non-English-speaking countries may face during oral presentations. As a person from a non-native-English-speaking country, I know how challenging it can be to present orally.
To create a more inclusive and supportive environment, we’re adding a third (and potentially fourth) moderator to specifically assist the presenters during the Q&A sessions. Your role as a third moderator is to assist presenters by communicating with them in their native language and translating questions as needed during Q&A sessions.
This is an exciting opportunity to make the meeting more accessible for all and to help us demonstrate our commitment to inclusivity. Please sign up and your role can make a huge difference in the success and comfort of our non-native-English-speaking presenters!
Late-Breaking Abstracts: Unmet Needs Challenge
One final note is about late-breaking abstracts. For those focused on clinical applications, we’re excited to announce a late-breaking abstract submission opportunity for the “Clinical Translation: Unmet Needs” challenge. While the general abstract deadline is fast approaching, late-breaking abstracts will be accepted until March 2025. These submissions must address one of the specific unmet needs outlined in the challenge.
